Staying active and engaged is essential to maintain good health and have a fulfilling life. I love learning new things - enough time to read books. Writing is an activity that keeps you busy and is a unique and mindful experience that helps you stay engaged. When I’m writing, I’m always doing research for a book. There is always a book in your thoughts. That’s what started me to write.
